When something isn't working

These details help us find the problem quickly:

  • which app it is, and its version if you can find it in the app's settings
  • your phone model and its iOS or Android version
  • what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
  • a screenshot or screen recording, if you can make one

Privacy requests

You can handle most requests yourself, straight away:

  • FatForecaster and MultiFlowMomentum keep everything on your iPhone. Export or delete it in the app, or delete the app.
  • FestivalVibe: in Settings, tap Export my data or Delete account.

For anything else, choose "A privacy request" above, or email us with that as the subject. We respond within one month. The privacy policy explains what each app stores.
