Who we are
Elysian Field Solutions makes apps for iPhone and Android. In this policy, "we" means Elysian Field Solutions, [legal entity type], registered under [company number] at [business address].
FatForecaster and MultiFlowMomentum keep your data on your device, so we never handle it. For FestivalVibe and for emails you send us, we are responsible for your personal data under the GDPR.
FatForecaster
HealthFatForecaster has no accounts and no servers. Everything you enter is stored only on your device, and the app makes no network requests with your data.

Apple Health
If you connect Apple Health, the app reads your weight, calories eaten, protein and calories burned from the Health app on your device. It only reads and never writes to Health. That data stays on your device with everything else. It is never sent anywhere, never shared, and never used for advertising.
You can stop at any time in the Health app under Sharing › Apps › FatForecaster, or by tapping Disconnect in the app's Settings.
Reminders
Re-measurement reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No server is involved.
Backups you control
If you export a backup, the app creates a file and hands it to your device's share sheet. Where it goes (Files, email or cloud storage) is your choice, and from then on it is covered by that service's own privacy terms.
Deleting your data
"Erase all logged history" in Settings clears your daily logs. Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your device. Nothing is stored anywhere else, so there is nothing more to delete.
MultiFlowMomentum
WellbeingMultiFlowMomentum has no accounts, no servers, no analytics and no advertising. Your time audit (the hours you spend on work, sleep and other commitments), the hobbies you choose and the sessions you plan are stored only on your device.
The app doesn't connect to Apple Health or send notifications. Uninstalling it removes all of its data.
FestivalVibe
AccountFestivalVibe needs an account so your festivals sync between devices and stay safe if you lose your phone. You sign in with your email address and a 6-digit code. There is no password.

Why we store it
We use your data only to run the app for you: to sign you in, sync your festivals and send the reminders you turn on. The legal basis is our agreement with you to provide the app.
Service providers
- Supabase hosts the database, file storage and sign-in, on servers in the EU. All connections are encrypted.
- Apple and Google deliver notifications to your phone.
- Anthropic reads the timetable when you import one from a festival website. We send only the text of that public web page, never your account details.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, we delete it and all your festival data straight away, including ticket files. [Supabase backups are overwritten within [number] days.]
Export or delete your data
In Settings, tap Export my data to download all your festivals and checklists as a file. Tap Delete account to permanently delete your account and everything in it.
This website
elysianfieldsolutions.com uses no cookies and no analytics, and loads nothing from other websites.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic details of each request, such as the page and your browser type. We don't receive these logs and don't use them to identify you.
Emails to support@elysianfieldsolutions.com pass through Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards them to our inbox. We use your address and message only to reply, and we delete the conversation after [number] months unless you ask us to keep it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you
- have it corrected or deleted
- object to or restrict how we use it
- receive a copy in a portable format
For FatForecaster and MultiFlowMomentum, all your data is on your device, so you can export or delete it yourself. In FestivalVibe, you can export your data or delete your account in Settings. For anything else, email us and we'll respond within one month.
You can also complain to your local data protection authority, for example [the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands].
Children
Our apps are not made for children under [13 / 16], and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone. FatForecaster in particular is meant for adults. Anyone under 18 should check with a doctor before following a diet or weight goal.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll publish the new version here with a new date.
